Kitec Brass Fitting Failures: Kitec plumbing systems were installed in US homes from 1998 until 2005.

Americas Watchdog & its Construction Defect Center are conducting a national investigation of a plumbing part known as a Kitec brass fitting. This plumbing part was used in residential construction in the US from 1999 to late 2004. This investigation is a result of a class action lawsuit that has been certified in Las Vegas, Nevada (Case Number A493302). The focus of the Construction Defect Center's investigation is to determine if homeowners in other cities, or states have had failures similar to those alleged in the in the Las Vegas class action.

The Construction Defect Center is also very interested in the following types of defective construction products.
